A Nex Brand Derived From The Group Umbrella Brand

Eni is one of the biggest companies in the world, ranking 17th in the Fortune Global 500 and reporting $153B in revenue in 2012. As part of its mission as an integrated energy company, Eni has started a project to reposition its brand on the consumer market with an energy bundle offering (Europe) and retail chain to match.

A New Retail Ecosystem

As a strategist of the project (as part of the INAREA consulting team), I developed a positioning strategy for the energy bundle offering and a brand strategy for the retail chain.
